CUSTOMER SERVICE/ INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Flodraulic Controls Ltd Canada is a leader in Hydraulic Sales, Service and System design we provide custom solutions in the mobile, industrial, electrification (off highway) markets. With offices across Canada, we are currently looking for Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Kamloops.

Responsibilities:

Builds and maintains strong customer relations including greeting customers, handling inquiries, providing price quotes and selling parts. Prepares and processes necessary documentation for purchases, returns, warranty coverage and other work as required. Responds to customers in person, via telephone, or electronically in a timely and courteous manner; delivers strong service and salesmanship on the phone order desk and front counter parts sales. Provide technical information as required. Covers and/or assists warehouse person in shipping product to both local and out-of-town customers utilizing appropriate shipping methods. Produces accurate, timely and efficient documentation of all transactions within the parts team.

Qualifications:

Experience as a customer service rep or inside sales (networking with existing and potential customers would be an asset). Background in an industrial environment selling or servicing industrial products - general knowledge of hydraulics, electronics and pneumatics experience a definite asset. Microsoft computer skills would be an asset. Be detail oriented Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. Enthusiastic, ability to work independently and have strong time management skills. Mechanical aptitude an asset. Valid drivers license. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
