Fire+ Safety Solutions is hiring an Inside Sales rep for our Kamloops branch!

A positive, professional attitude focusing on customer satisfaction, maintaining an orderly appearance, and possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be well organized. Successful candidates will be responsible for the sales process from inception to the execution of the order.

Shift Hours will be Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

This position could be flexible for the right candidate to accommodate a person who has school aged children and needs to work the school hours during school year.

Closed weekends and Statutory Holidays

Responsibilities:

Handling inbound calls and emails Answering customer enquires and determining customers needs/requirements Greeting customers and processing sales Researching ways to penetrate new markets Identifying new business through gaining referrals and cold calling Possessing excellent product knowledge to inform and increase sales Working with our sales teams and suppliers to help create new sales strategies Support sales and service team in managing client relationships Assist with purchasing and product inventory management Preform Mask Fit testing (With training and certification) Fire extinguisher annual inspections (training provided) Merchandising and product stocking Create a welcoming environment for customers and fellow team members

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
