Our team is looking for an Inside Sales Representative, Hydronics to join the team in BC. This person will be responsible for supporting the British Columbia territory alongside our Hydronics sales team. With the opportunity to join a highly engaged team focused on growing the business, the successful candidate will assist in the promotion of company products to generate increased sales and maintain great relationships with customers.

What you will accomplish with us:



Promote Hydronics & Heating products to the Western Canadian Dealer Network. Provide pricing, technical support, and product recommendations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally. Deliver exceptional post-order support and follow-ups. Input and process orders accurately. Coordinate product deliveries with internal teams and vendors. Ensure timely and complete fulfillment of customer requests. Cross-reference equipment to meet customer needs. Determine specifications for residential hydronic systems. Prepare detailed quotations and proposals from project plans. Provide technical drawings and data sheets for client approval. Provide technical support on hydronic systems. Assist with heat/loss calculations and system design. Coordinate vendor training for internal teams. Compile and maintain resource contacts for branches.

Heat/loss and hydronic system design Boiler replacements Air-To-Water packages Geo-Thermal packages Tankless (residential & commercial) Traditional hot water tanks (residential & commercial) Circulation Pumps & replacement packages Motor replacements Reznor unit heaters Schwank radiant heaters Pool heating solutions (both boiler and heat pump)

What You Bring to Our Team:



Post Secondary education in HVAC or a related discipline Demonstrate experience in HVAC (an asset) Advance knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel) Comfortable working with ERP software Completion of sales related training programs (an asset) High level of commitment to exceptional customer service; Self motivated, organized and strong interpersonal skills; Ability to close sales and work under pressure; Good judgment and decision-making skills; Ability to problem solve and provide variable solutions based in customer needs and company objectives; Team player and ability to work independently.
