We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Inside Rep to join our team. This role is crucial in expanding our market presence and driving sales growth. The Inside Sales Inside Rep will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, closing wholesale and custom sales and supporting the US field sales team.. This role involves both customer facing and support responsibilities, such as managing sales data, preparing and submitting orders, coordinating with other departments (production, marketing and design teams).
Responsibilities
? Making calls and emails to current and potential customers
? Provide sales support to the field sales team, including data entry into CRM, creating sales orders and estimates
? Maintain and update sales records and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
? Coordinate design requests from the field sales counterpart
? Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure orders are correct and aligning with delivery timelines
? Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other sales documents.
? Respond to wholesale customer inquiries from website
? Track shipments and communicate with clients and field counterparts on delivery timelines/expectations
? Manage and organize sales materials and resources.
? Using our in-house design customizer to design catalog headcovers for field sales
? Create Sales Estimates in QBO for submitted sales orders from sales team
? Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales.
Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
? Proven experience in a sales, sales support or administrative role.
? Strong organizational and time management skills.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
? Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
