Inside Sales Representative

to join our team in

Fort St. John, BC

project quotations, order execution

day-to-day inside sales support

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage project quotations and process customer orders Verify product availability, pricing, delivery schedules, and lead times Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service Communicate with customers by phone, email, or in person Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

Qualifications:

Proven customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication Ability to manage a busy workload and shift priorities as needed Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel; experience with quoting and PVF (pipe, valve, and fitting) products is an asset A background in industrial valves or oilfield distribution is a strong advantage
