Job Description

R.E. Glover Limited is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support sales operations focused on industrial fasteners, including nuts, bolts, anchors, and related products. This is an office-based role responsible for order processing, quoting, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate has prior inside sales experience, strong attention to detail, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial or construction-related environment.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and follow up on quotes for fasteners and related products Communicate with customers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery timelines Support sales and purchasing teams with product and customer information Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and product data in the system Handle customer inquiries by phone and email Provide general office support
Qualifications and Experience

Previous inside sales experience preferred Experience in industrial, construction, or fastener distribution is a strong asset Comfortable using computers and learning ERP / inventory systems Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
