Responsibilities

Engage with potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships. Utilize internal sales program to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities. Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals effectively. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing is preferred. Strong business development skills with a demonstrated ability to negotiate successfully. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships. Ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A passion for sales and a drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
