About the Role:
You'll run the counter sales at the branch, supporting walk-in customers and phone inquiries. You'll act as an SDR, reaching out to local contractors and building contacts to find new sales opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both customer interaction and inside sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and technical support questions
- Process orders for parts, motors, pumps, seals, and accessories
- Provide basic product knowledge and technical advice to customers
- Coordinate order pickups and supply quote preparation
- Manage inventory and support order fulfillment
- Proactively call or email potential clients nearby
- Book qualified appointments or provide quotes
- Track activity in CRM
Requirements:
- 2+ years in counter sales, inside sales, or customer service
- Mechanical or technical background preferred
- Friendly and confident communicator
- Organized and initiative-driven
- CRM experience preferred
