We are growing and seeking a

motivated Inside Sales Representative

with experience in

estimating and business development

to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Review

architectural and working drawings

to prepare accurate cost estimates for residential and commercial projects.

Cold call and network

with contractors, builders, and developers to obtain project drawings and bid opportunities. Conduct

site visits

(as required) to gather project details, take measurements, and verify information for estimates. Collaborate with the estimating and project management teams to ensure accuracy and competitiveness of bids. Follow up on quotes, maintain strong relationships with potential clients, and help convert estimates into awarded jobs. Meet and exceed

sales and lead generation targets.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience

in construction estimating, inside sales, or business development (residential or commercial construction preferred). Strong ability to

read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Excellent

communication and negotiation skills

in English (verbal and written). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven. Proficient with MS Office; experience with estimating or construction management software (e.g., Buildertrend, AutoCAD) is an asset. Must have a

reliable vehicle

and valid driver's license. Comfortable working

from the office

and performing site visits when needed.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary:

$40,000 per year

Commission:

Based on successful project bids and sales

Bonus:

Schedule

Monday to Friday Full-time, on-site role
