We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
Engage with potential and existing clients via telemarketing, email, and online platforms to generate sales opportunities.
Previous phone sales experience is a strong asset.
Conduct B2C sales calls to promote our technology solutions and services, emphasizing value propositions tailored to client needs.
Utilize Hubspot and other CRM tools to track leads, manage customer information, and monitor sales pipelines.
Develop and execute strategies for business development, expanding our customer base across various industries.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales campaigns with promotional activities.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product or service recommendations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product features, and competitive landscape to enhance sales effectiveness.
Qualifications
Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or healthcare sales; B2C sales experience is highly desirable.
Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in English.
Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships.
Knowledge of marketing principles and business development strategies.
Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and deliver compelling presentations.
