Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email, providing exceptional customer service. Accurately process orders, quotes, and inquiries while maintaining a keen eye for detail. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely delivery. Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. Stay informed about product specifications, industry trends, and company offerings. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, particularly over the phone. Proven customer service experience, with a focus on creating positive interactions. Problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Prior experience in inside sales or the building materials industry is a plus. Experience in excel, Microsoft, outlook
