We are currently hiring an Inside Sales Representative on behalf of our client -- a well-established leader in the industrial pipes, valves, and fittings distribution industry. The successful candidate will manage customer accounts, process sales orders, and support the external sales team to help achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, or fax.
Prepare quotations and coordinate delivery schedules with warehouse and logistics teams.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues in collaboration with inside sales, credit, and warehouse departments.
Promote related or substitute products to maximize sales opportunities.
Track direct shipments and ensure accurate billing and documentation.
Participate in product training, trade shows, and physical inventory counts as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales or customer service (industrial or mechanical background preferred).
College Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Bilingual - French & English (verbal and written).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based tools.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
