Inside Sales Representative

.

The role is responsible for accepting and quoting customer requests. The candidate will also be responsible for helping in the logistics of incoming inventory as well as some administrative functions. The candidate will be an integral part of the office team, helping out colleagues on an as-needed basis to achieve the overall goals of the company.

ATP is one of Canada's largest industrial fastener distributors with locations nationwide. Formed in 2001, ATP is rapidly growing and is looking for a candidate to grow with us.

Hours

Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm

Duties & Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries, orders, or quotes in an expedient, effective manner.

Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Answer questions, solve problems, offer suggestions, and troubleshoot customer applications in order to provide strong service and accurate delivery.

Update customers on order status and time to completion.

Support Sales team on an as-needed basis with various tasks that support the overall goals of ATP.

Assist the Purchasing team with building orders, processing incoming product packages, and special projects as required

Complete various administrative functions.

Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

Maintain compliance with all ATP policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Must be a team player and have strong rapport building skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computers.
