Inside Sales Representative
Job Description
Iritex Pumps and Irrigation Ltd. has been servicing Vancouver Island for over 20 years. We are locally owned and deal in both wholesale and retail sales.
We are looking to add a career orientated individual to our technical sales team. One that enjoys a fast paced environment and takes pride in customer service.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, friendly, and interested in learning about the products we sell. Prior experience with sales and water products would both be considered valuable.
Your job duties include, but aren't limited to:
Counter sales and handling returns
Answering phone calls and taking orders
Creating and submitting quotes
Sourcing and ordering products for customers
Shipping and receiving orders
Stocking shelves
Organizing the back stock
Loading trucks for customers
Picking orders
The ideal applicant will possess the following assets:
Excellent communication - both written and verbal
Ability to interact with customers in a professional matter
Exceptional customer service
Self-starting
Able to work efficiently as a team or independently
Strong computer skills - possesses the ability to create invoices and find data
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
