Inside Sales Representative
. This role will focus on reactivating dormant accounts, cultivating small account relationships, and contributing to our operational efficiency and customer-first promise.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively manage outreach to dormant and small accounts via cold calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Re-engage inactive clients and generate new orders that align with Calibre's value-driven, just-in-time delivery model.
Educate customers on our product breadth from custom-branded foodservice items to healthcare packaging and upsell where aligned with their needs.
Maintain accurate customer data and activity logs in CRM.
Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure prompt and accurate delivery.
Track metrics such as reopening rate, sales conversions, and volume growth.
Qualifications
1-2 years of inside sales or customer service experience; B2B exposure preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive, organized, self-motivated, and customer-centric.
Familiarity with CRM platforms; warehouse experience is a plus.
Knowledge or interest in packaging, foodservice, or distribution sectors is beneficial.

Pay: $48,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
