Position Overview:


Skyreach is looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication abilities, and a strong drive to succeed. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the window and door sector. This position reports directly to the Inside Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Actively identify and reach out to potential customers through phone, email, and online research. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and convert leads into sales.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service throughout the entire sales process. Follow up with customers regularly to meet their needs and uncover further sales opportunities.

Quoting & Order Processing:

Prepare accurate quotes and ensure that all product and pricing details are correct. Process customer orders in a timely manner, coordinating with production and shipping teams for smooth deliveries.

Product Expertise:

Continuously stay up to date with product knowledge, including features, benefits, and technical details of our windows and doors. Be ready to educate customers about new products and industry developments.

Reporting & Sales Tracking:

Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer communications, and performance metrics. Provide regular updates to the Inside Sales Manager on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Industry Awareness:

Keep informed about market trends, industry innovations, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Market Research:

Conduct research to identify emerging market opportunities and potential customer segments.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and production teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Share insights and collaborate on strategies to drive success.

Post-Sale Follow-Up:

Ensure customer satisfaction after the sale by addressing concerns and promoting repeat business. Gather feedback to improve both the sales process and overall customer experience.

Qualifications:



Sales Experience:

Proven track record in sales, with experience in the window and door industry considered an asset.

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

Customer Focus:

A passion for providing excellent customer service and delivering a superior customer experience.

Goal-Oriented:

A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.

Eagerness to Learn:

Ability to quickly grasp technical specifications of our products and effectively communicate them to customers.

CRM Experience:

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is an asset.

Team Player:

Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments.

Work Authorization:

Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
