The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and community-minded

Inside Sales Representative

to join our Custom Apparel Division. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, organizing details, and helping local groups bring their ideas to life. You'll work directly with schools, sports teams, small businesses, and non-profits to coordinate merchandise programs, fundraisers, and online store launches.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, schools, and community partners Manage inbound inquiries and follow up with leads to identify sales opportunities Guide clients through product options, pricing, and decoration methods (screen printing, embroidery, DTF, etc.) Coordinate orders, proofs, and production details with our design and fulfillment team Support community fundraising campaigns and online store setups Represent Community Threads at local events and initiatives to strengthen community ties

What You Bring

A passion for community, creativity, and local business growth Excellent communication and organization skills Experience in sales, customer service, or project coordination (apparel or print industry experience an asset) Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines A collaborative spirit and desire to see community partners succeed

Compensation

Starting base wage of

$24/hour

, plus

commission opportunities

on sales and fundraising programs Compensation to be negotiated based on experience and performance potential. Opportunities for advancement as the division grows
