Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries.
Accurately quote products and services following company pricing strategies.
Process customer orders and quotations efficiently in our ERP system (Odoo).
Follow up on quotes to support sales growth.
Collaborate closely with outside sales representatives to address customer issues and deliver tailored solutions.
Coordinate with internal departments (manufacturing, purchasing, warehouse, shipping/receiving, and administration) to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Manage and prioritize key accounts while maintaining service levels across all customers.
Comply with internal processes related to quoting, contract management, and customer relations.
Support continuous improvement by contributing ideas to improve operations and customer satisfaction.
Track and implement corrective and preventive actions in accordance with our Quality Program.
Comply with all Health & Safety policies and OH&S regulations, including proper PPE use and incident reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related client-facing roles.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Comfortable using ERP systems (Odoo experience an asset).
Self-motivated with a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.
Familiarity with technical or industrial products is an asset.
