We are seeking an experienced, outgoing, and passionate Inside Sales Representative.
Four Fathers Brewing Co., is seeking to create unique and marketable craft beers in and around the Southern Ontario Region. If you are currently an inside sales representative within the craft beer market, this is a great opportunity you won't want to miss.
We are seeking a self-motivated, organized, and energetic individual, with a drive for closing and a passion for all styles and varieties of beer!
Ideally we are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 1 year of beverage alcohol licensee experience. Formal sales training is preferred, but not required for consideration.
The position is full-time, requiring availability to work both the occasional evenings and weekends. Annual salary with commission and mileage. Must have a valid driver's license, as well as access to a personal vehicle at all time.
Specific duties:
Manage existing LCBO, Grocery, Convenience and Beer Store accounts with goal to grow and maximize sales
Manage e-commerce store with goals, plans to increase sales
Process all incoming orders through EKOS software
Prospecting and closing to grow territory distribution with new customers
Help develop promotion and events
Some deliveries will be required
Assist with weekly inventory counts and reviews
Provide weekly reports to General Manager
Recommends and contributes to strategic plans and reviews
Help Promote and Market Products
Periodic weekend duty including offsite events and festivals as required
Brand ambassadorship, tastings, interaction with customers at offsite events/festivals
Required Experience and Skills:
Experience selling beverage alcohol
An energetic, enthusiastic, self-starter with a passion for craft beer
Excellent communication skills and technologically savvy
Goal-oriented, deadline-sensitive; great task management
The ability to work within a close-knit team with a positive can-do attitude
Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Quickbooks proficient
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial attitude
Strong time management and communication skills
Operational Requirements:
Hold a Smart Serve certification
Possess a valid driver's license and have a vehicle
Be available to work evenings and weekends on short notice
