The Opportunity

We're hiring an Inside Sales Representative to be the heartbeat of our customer engagement. Based in Calgary, you'll manage inbound inquiries, craft tailored quotes, and collaborate with our outside sales, electrical, and project teams to deliver bundled solutions that meet real-world needs.

Your Impact

Customer Engagement: Respond to inquiries with speed, precision, and insight--turning interest into conversion. Solution Selling: Quote and upsell bundled systems (e.g., tank + meter + software + install) with support from technical teams. Sales Growth: Help drive a targeted revenue increase over 5 years by supporting vertical-specific campaigns and proactive outreach. Team Collaboration: Sync bi-weekly with sales, electrical, and project teams to share insights and improve install readiness. Market Expansion: Prospect within existing accounts and explore new opportunities across key verticals like construction, mining, and industrial chemicals.

What You Bring

Proven customer service or inside sales experience Strong computer literacy (Windows, Office Suite) Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail A proactive mindset and a collaborative spirit

Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
