Position Overview:



We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Inside Sales Representative

to join our team as part of a newly formed small Inside Sales unit. This role will support business development efforts across our

Western Canada

(Alberta, BC) operations by focusing on lead generation and early-stage prospect engagement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for

high-volume outbound calling

to identify and qualify potential customers, opening doors for our outside sales team to advance opportunities towards closing. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in phone-based outreach and prefer communicating with clients via

phone and email

, rather than in-person meetings.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead generation and prospecting for Western Canada (Alberta, BC) operations. High-volume outbound calling to get doors open and generate warm leads. Maintain CRM records to track outreach and ensure effective follow-up. Push opportunities forward to hand off to a closer at the appropriate stage. Learn and adopt techniques from top performers in the team. Respond to customer inquiries professionally via phone and email. Prepare quotations and service agreements as required.

Qualifications:



Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience. Customer service experience is also considered an asset. Strong phone communication skills and ability to keep conversations moving forward. Self-motivated with a drive to generate leads and set up opportunities for others to close. Comfortable with high-volume calling and outreach. CRM experience is an asset. Professional, organized, and results-driven.
