Why We Need You:
An Inside Sales Rep plays a fundamental role in being the front-line sales contact for walk-in, phone calls and email inquiries. You must be comfortable being the first point of contact for all customer sales and customer issues. A person who would be best suited for this position will be professional, friendly, and confident in themselves, have an eye for design, the ability to learn and understand the technical aspects of tile and tile setting. Must be confident in technology, the use of our computer system, apps, and websites. You must be a person who strives for customer service excellence.
Job Duties
Provide a warm greeting to customers as they enter the building
Answer incoming calls in a prompt professional manner
Process email and fax communications in a professional and timely fashion
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate A&D rep or Sales Rep for further development and closure
Accurately enter sales orders into the computer system
Provide quotes and follow up on those quotes
Deal with customer complaints and issues in a prompt, friendly and professional manner, bringing the issue to the appropriate decision maker to rectify the issue.
Clear instruction to customers picking up product on where to go and the process, so as to efficiently connect the customer with the warehouse staff.
Keep workspace, showroom and display areas clean and free of clutter and dust.
Handles cash transaction and giving back correct change
Taking payments on accounts
Filing paperwork
Taking deposit to the bank
Other duties as required
Job Requirements

Strong computer skills and experience with CRM's and other software platforms

Qualifications
Minimum of two years of customer service/sales experience, preferrable within the flooring industry
Minimum of two years' experience taking inbound calls and processing orders
Post-secondary education preferred. Work experience will be considered in lieu of post-secondary education.
Proficient with computer data entry, windows, use of websites and apps
Strong communication skills both written and oral
Strong Customer Service skills
Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
Able to multi-task
Able to build relationship and loyalty with customers
Organized and detail orientated
Strong time management skills
An internal drive to succeed

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
