Inside Sales Representative

position is available at our company. They will report to the Sales & Office Manager. The mandate of this position is to increase revenue through smart and proactive calling of our customers who have the highest potential for growth. We offer a friendly and casual work environment. Location is in the Beltline Area of Calgary downtown (office building). We are looking for someone to work in the office between Monday and Friday from 6am - 10am.

We are looking for someone who is fluent in English + one of the following languages

(FRENCH, GERMAN, ITALIAN, SPANISH)

Daily Tasks:

Make outbound phone calls and develop relationships with our existing customers who have the highest revenue potential. Follow up with email to build strong relationships. Identify sales opportunities with customers, use your product knowledge and sales skills to recommend the best solution. Keep customers informed of their orders availability and delivery timeframes. Communicate daily with the sales representatives and the office manager. Effectively maintain a CRM with detailed and accurate notes of all sales related activities.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
