We're looking for an

Inside Salesperson

based in the

Lower Mainland

, someone who's enthusiastic, personable, and ready to help us serve the rescue and rope access community with top-tier gear and customer care.

About You:

You've got

some sales experience

and ideally, a hands-on background with ropes, rescue systems, or technical gear. Most importantly, you show up with a

positive attitude

and a

growth mindset

--you're curious, adaptable, and eager to learn.

Bonus points

if you have retail experience (both in-store and online), formal training in any rope or rescue discipline, or a passion for adventurous pursuits. Whether your background includes search and rescue, climbing, canyoning, whitewater sports, ski patrol, circus arts, fire service, industrial rigging, first aid, or any other technical or outdoor activity--we'd love to hear about it!

What You'll Be Doing:

Building relationships with customers and helping them find the best gear for their needs Being the first point of contact in our showroom, and handling in-store sales. Making B2B sales calls and presentations to support growth Managing leads and customer interactions through our CRM Negotiating deals and ensuring a great customer experience from start to finish Staying on top of industry trends and product knowledge Being part of a team that values collaboration and continuous learning

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
