We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential and existing clients to promote our products and services through effective communication and strategic sales techniques. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, experience in B2B sales, with technical and consultative selling experience as well as mechanical aptitude. Responsibilities
Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients, promoting our products and services, becoming an established first choice partner with end users, engineers, and contractors
Manage inbound inquiries, providing detailed product information and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients through consistent follow-up and personalized communication.
Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions effectively.
Support business development initiatives by identifying potential markets and client segments.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product features, industry trends, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights during sales conversations.
Determine customer requirements and provide specification/technical application solutions of control equipment and instrumentation
Communicate the needs of system design and application requirements with appropriate staff ensuring timely quotations
Responsible for posting and maintaining the website and social media
Experience
Previous technical selling experience is highly preferred - must have previous sales experience with solution selling skills
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills in both English to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
Background in marketing, technical sales, or customer service is advantageous.
Experience in the process and instrumentation industry is a plus
Demonstrated ability to develop business relationships, identify opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth.
