We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging prospective clients through outbound calling, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities



Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities. Engage with potential customers via telemarketing strategies, understanding their needs and presenting appropriate product or service solutions. Manage inbound inquiries professionally, providing detailed product information and guiding prospects through the sales process. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through proactive outreach and follow-up activities. Negotiate terms and close sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update customer records, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns that support lead generation efforts. Maintain a thorough understanding of our technology offerings to effectively communicate technical features and benefits. Support business development initiatives by identifying new markets and opportunities for growth. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle, ensuring positive experiences that foster loyalty.

Qualifications



Proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing within a technology or related industry. Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals effectively. Familiarity with CRM software platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools. Knowledge of technical sales processes and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Experience with outbound calling strategies including warm calling techniques. Ability to develop business relationships quickly and professionally. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple leads simultaneously. Prior experience in marketing or business development is a plus. A proactive mindset with enthusiasm for achieving targets and driving growth.
