Today we operate 8 sales and distribution centers strategically located throughout Canada.

Our customer service representatives provide essential support to our customers by providing superior product knowledge, troubleshooting order challenges and offering the highest level of customer service.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Delivering exceptional customer service to existing clients

- Help customers troubleshoot existing orders

- Respond to customer queries regarding product line

- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our products

- Overall sales support

Knowledge, Skills & Key Competencies:

- University Degree or College Diploma preferred

- Experience in sales is an asset

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Organizational and time management skills

- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are required

- Position is full-time, at our Brampton office

- Competitive salary based on experience.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
