Here's some of what you can expect as part of the role...
Provide excellent customer service skills to new and existing customers.
Respond to customer complaints and inquiries quickly and efficiently - primarily via phone and email
Build strong relationships with customers through clear communication and active listening
Sell and promote all products and services
Provide customer assistance and recommendations with various equipment
Strong product knowledge by staying up to date on features, updates, benefits and specifications
Collect customer information for future follow-ups
Upsell services and making product recommendations
Close sales and achieving company sales quotas
Lead business development initiatives by identifying new marketing opportunities and driving strategies to expand company's customer base and revenue growth
Advise customers of backorders and follow up with Brunswick on deliver date(s)
Maintain client contacts data in QuickBooks & in Zoho CRM
Other duties as assigned
The Who...
The be a successful Inside Sales Representative, you'll have:
Proven experience in a sales role
Previous experience with Zoho as asset.
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experienced in rapport building and be generally people oriented
Excellent time management
Organizational skills - able to prioritize and multi-task
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Creative problem-solving skills
Self-motivated
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
A valid "G" driver's license with a clean driving record
Bilingual (English and French) is considered an asset
