POSITION: CCFA Inside Sales Representative (Please Include Cover Letter)

Direct Report to Sales Manager

Job Duties:

Full-Time Independent Contractor Position :

Commit to uphold and perform for the Canadian Centre for Addictions based on the organization's mission, values, core competencies, standards, and philosophy. Handle all intake calls with efficiency and effectiveness to portray the organization's mission and values. Assist all intake callers to determine their needs and help them in a professional manner to obtain the most appropriate level of care and/or facility. Be empathetic and compassionate with all callers; be informative and professional at all times. Possess extensive knowledge of all drug classes, detoxification, care and associated mental health conditions. Relay information with caller regarding the CCFA program, special programming (i.e.- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, 12-Step Program, A.A., holistic approaches, etc.). Answer all questions the callers may have in a caring, patient, and professional manner. Inform residents of both therapeutic and non-therapeutic aspects to our treatment program. Enter calls into CRM Software, with detailed notes/ follow up. Receive CRM Training Follow all company procedures and policies regarding intake forms, financial protocols, etc. Convey all information regarding all services offered and inform residents on the associated rules and policies for individualized services like interventions, outpatient therapy, etc. Act as the face of the company and direct all callers to their appropriate departments for their specific needs (ie- admin, receipts, follow up care, relapses, etc.). Manage customer expectations to ensure fluidity in the intake process and the residents' stay. Follow up with potential customers at their pace, ie- working with them to mediate resistant intakes over the course of a few weeks. Arrange resident transportation, special requests or dietary needs, etc. Work with all departments and communicate with them during intakes, tours, special requests, etc.

Pay: $80,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
