The Role (80 / 20 Structure)

80% Inside Sales (Primary Responsibility)



Call inbound and outbound leads daily Qualify prospects using a clear checklist (budget, authority, timeline, need) Book

qualified sales meetings

for outside sales Follow up persistently by phone and email Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-ups Ensure clean handoff to outside sales

20% Field / Sales Support (Earned Responsibility)



Join select high-value meetings when requested Attend occasional site walks Support outside sales with prep and follow-up Learn Titan's projects and sales process over time

What Success Looks Like

60-100 calls per day 20-30+ qualified meetings booked per month 70%+ meeting show rate Consistent quality feedback from outside sales Clean, organized CRM activity
Compensation

Base Salary:

$48,000 CAD

Commission:

$40 per qualified meeting that shows

$150 bonus per deal that closes

(quality incentive) Commission paid monthly

OTE:

$70,000-$90,000+ (top performers earn more)
Qualifications

1-4 years of inside sales, SDR, or call-based sales experience Comfortable working toward daily and weekly KPIs Strong verbal communication skills Coachable, reliable, and organized CRM experience is an asset (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
