Summary

We are looking for a motivated

Inside Sales Representative

to join our team and support our sales operations through proactive outreach, customer service, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify sales leads through phone calls, emails, and online inquiries. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent service. Provide product information, pricing, and recommendations to customers. Prepare listing forms and submission of category review documents on time... Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. Respond to customer questions, concerns, and issues quickly and professionally. Assist in sales reporting such as weekly updates, pipeline tracking, and forecasting. Support marketing campaigns and promotions through customer outreach. Participate in product training to stay up to date on features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or related role. Strong communication skills--both written and verbal. Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities. Comfortable with inbound/outbound calling. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Able to work independently and as part of a team. industry is an asset. Preferably residing in Moncton, NB. Others parts are considered based on the qualifications and experience

Pay: $35,500.00-$83,661.36 per year
