Full time availability Monday to Friday during business hours Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone and email Respond to inquiries, pricing requests and process orders Maintain and develop relationships with customers Identify and investigate customer requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs Provide timely quotations and delivery dates for projects and jobs Entering customer orders into the company software and picking items Learn and maintain a knowledge base of all product lines Offer product knowledge to assist customers in choosing appropriate products Expedite supplier purchase orders, assist with purchasing and inventory control Various other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:


A minimum of three years of customer service experience Experience in the electrical industry or a similar environment would be an asset Knowledge of electrical products and their applications would be an asset Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn Professional, responsible, punctual and reliable Ability to multitask with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with computer systems Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Able to take direction and solve problems High School Diploma required, some post-secondary education would be an asset
