About the Job
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager - National Accounts, the Inside Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting national retail relationships for our bagged Soil and Mulch product lines. From analyzing pricing and preparing sales reports to working with buyers and attending trade shows, you'll be the go-to support for a dynamic and growing sales team. Salary Range is between $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
What You'll Be Doing
Assist in preparing and analyzing pricing, forecasts, POP replenishment, and monthly sales reports.
Assist in the preparation of customer presentations.
Support executing national retail sales strategy through merchandising/store visits. This will require some travel to assigned retail locations.
Maintain contact with representatives at the retail accounts National Account Buyers, their assistants and Replenishment Buyers.
Collaborate with marketing on packaging artwork and new product lines.
Attend trade shows.
Maintain internal reports, assist with logistics and customer service coordination.
Here's What You Need
Post-secondary education in business, horticulture, environmental science or a related field.
Up to 3 years' experience in a sales support or sales coordinator role. Knowledge of soil and mulch product lines is considered an asset. * Experience with large format national retailers and retail enterprise systems is an asset.

• Basic understanding of business analytics.
• Demonstrated levels of customer service, interpersonal and communication skills to promote and foster relationships with existing and potential customers, colleagues and industry associates.
• A valid Ontario G-class Driver's Licence.

Ability to learn and effectively use proprietary software programs.
