Our Client in Calgary, Alberta is looking for Inside Sales Representatives to add to their Team!
Role: Inside Sales Representative
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Requirements:

• 2-4 years experience working in the electrical industry
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent written communication skills and professional phone manners
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional manner
• Handling customer service requests
• Assist and support Account Managers with customer orders and requests
• Responsible for quoting customers
• Deal with product-related problems that customers may have, such as defective products and the return of products
• Provide support at the customer counter when needed
• Responsible for spec products for customers
• Responsible for carrying out any other duties assigned by management
