Summary



We are seeking an Inside Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at S.E.A. Consulting. This role is pivotal in driving business growth by managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position is based in Canada and plays a crucial part in achieving our company's mission.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that resonate with potential clients. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals. Provide training and support to junior sales staff as needed.

Requirements



Proven experience in inside sales or account management, preferably within the consulting or manufacturing sectors. Strong business development skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous. Excellent analytical skills for assessing market data and trends. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
