Job Description
We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative who thrives on delivering exceptional service while supporting sales and revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and process orders
- Provide pricing, order support, expediting, billing, and post-sale assistance
- Partner with Account Managers to deliver complete customer solutions
- Resolve product, return, and warranty issues
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships
- Inside sales or customer service experience (technical background an asset)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-first mindset with a drive to exceed expectations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
