About the Opportunity

Icon Agency is seeking an

Inside Sales Rep

based in Calgary, AB. This position is a critical point of contact with many of our key customers daily. The successful applicant will spend most of their time effectively servicing all inbound email and phone inquiries related to product selection, pricing and quick quotations from net sheets, stock check and lead times, counter pick ups and all other account serving tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- managing inbound email and phone call product inquiries

- all aspects of the ordering process including, quoting, inventory check and lead time estimates, and order entry and confirmations

- supporting outside sales through effective communication of any key opportunities.

Qualifications

- minimum 1 years in similar position, preference will be to those with wholesale plumbing distribution or rep experience, or plumbing experience directly.

- strong computer skills for navigating Order Entry software. Efficiency with Google Mail and Apps is necessary.

- ability to communicate professionally in all medium

- ability to organize and prioritize tasks by value

- mechanical aptitude is a plus

- willing to work and learn as part of a team, participate in training as well as seek out opportunities for learning independently.
