This position is responsible for facilitating sales processes, quotations, handling client communications, processing orders, and providing operational support to the warehouse team as needed. This role demands excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to working with both customers and internal colleagues.
Our warehouse is located at 4744 94 Ave NW, Edmonton until May 2026. We are moving to Fort Saskatchewan in June 2026. Applicant must have their own transportation
Wage is negotiable based on relative experience.
Primary Duties
Sales Operations & Customer Engagement
Oversee the client enquiries inbox, ensuring all queries are addressed promptly and professionally. Accurately process incoming purchase orders, confirm details, and prepare documentation
Follow up on sales quotations with objective to increase sales and improve processes
Occasional outside sales duties: client facing meetings for quote follow up and project discussions
Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions within the CRM system
Manage backorder reports and expedite customer orders as required
Monitor open order reports and record client requests for new products not currently in stock, tracking frequency, pricing, and specifications for review
Assist with order receiving and picking
Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in sales support, customer service, and quotations is preferred but not necessary
Proficiency with order management systems (ERP) and Microsoft Office Suite
Comfortable using AI tools for support
Customer-focused attitude: Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Willingness to collaborate across departments
