We are growing fast in the corporate market and are looking for a motivated, energetic Inside Sales Representative to help drive B2B sales, support inbound interest, and build strong client relationships.
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, energetic, results-driven Inside Sales Representative to support Escape60's corporate sales growth. You will manage inbound enquiries, engage new prospects through outbound outreach, and convert interest into booked events.
You'll work closely with business leaders, office administrators, HR teams, and event planners from Calgary's top companies to help them plan their team-building experience. CRM experience is required, with Salesforce or a similar platform preferred.
This role is ideal for someone who loves talking to people, enjoys strategic selling, and thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do Sales & Outreach
Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate new corporate bookings
Respond to inbound corporate enquiries with a professional, consultative approach
Qualify leads, build needs-based proposals, and close team-building bookings
Deliver tailored pitches based on group size, budget, and event goals
Manage a sales pipeline using CRM software (Salesforce or similar)
Convert initial discussions into confirmed booking deposits
Client Relationship Building
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients
Encourage repeat business and referrals from past events
Follow up post-event to secure re-bookings and feedback
Collaborate with marketing on target industries and outreach strategy
Market & Product Knowledge
Understand Escape60 packages, room options, and catering offerings
Stay updated on Calgary corporate trends and competitor offerings
Provide insights to improve sales messaging and proposals

What You Need
Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or telemarketing
Strong communication skills in English
CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
Ability to learn Escape60 products and position them persuasively
Highly organised, able to manage a large volume of leads
Strong presentation skills and confidence on the phone
Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
A high-energy, positive attitude
