Duties



Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate interest and qualify leads Engage with existing customers to upsell products and foster long-term relationships through excellent customer service Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently, ensuring mutual satisfaction for both parties Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update customer records, and manage sales pipelines Collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies that increase outreach effectiveness and drive business development Present product features and benefits clearly, demonstrating technical knowledge during conversations with clients Follow up on inbound inquiries promptly, providing detailed information and guiding prospects through the sales process

Skills



Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making positively Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales environments Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales activities Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively articulate value propositions Knowledge of technology or technical sales to confidently discuss product specifications and solutions Ability to perform outbound calling campaigns with enthusiasm and persistence Customer service orientation combined with proactive business development skills Experience in marketing strategies related to lead generation and client engagement
