What You'll Do:

Qualify incoming leads by understanding client needs.

Schedule appointments for our sales team.

Maintain and update our customer database (CRM).

Share initial insights about market conditions & property values.

Work closely with team members to deliver an excellent client experience.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication & relationship-building skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

A proactive, positive, and ambitious mindset.

Sales or customer service experience is an asset (but not required).

Comfortable with technology and learning CRM systems.

Compensation & Perks:

$18/hour base pay (full-time, Monday-Friday).
