We are currently hiring an

Inside Sales Associate

at our Hardy Avenue location in Grand Falls-Windsor, NL.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding service when assisting customers, both in-person and on the phone, answering their questions and helping them find merchandise to complete their project Complete sales transactions using registers, scanners and credit card/debit card terminals Prepare estimates/quotations Continually learn and expand knowledge of product offering to effectively support customer needs Create and replenish product displays Ensure retail space is clean, tidy and hazard free Comply with all company policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and managers

The Ideal Candidate:

Has a customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing exceptional customer service Has knowledge of building materials Is punctual and reliable Has excellent communication skills and a professional attitude Works well in a fast-paced environment Works well as part of a team Is willing to learn and use computers
Previous experience in building supply/hardware sales would be considered an asset, however, is not essential.

A criminal record check is a requirement of this position.
