Inside Sales Associate - $40k to $65k per year \xe2\x80\x93 Coquitlam, BC
Are you a self-motivated and driven individual looking for your next great career move? Do you have experience or knowledge of doors, locks, or other related security hardware? Our client in Coquitlam, BC is looking for a skilled Inside Sales Associate to join their team.

What\xe2\x80\x99s in it for you?

• $40k to $65k per year (depending on industry knowledge)
• Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM (no evenings or weekends)

What will you be doing?

• Respond to counter, email and phone inquiries from clients and sell appropriate products based on their needs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and provide confident product knowledge.
• Phone calls may include both warm leads and occasional cold calling.
• Be motivated and driven to achieve sales objectives and KPIs.
• Input orders on computer system as required.
• Be comfortable with product line including: door hardware, locks, levers, and also security-related items.
• Able to work part of a team as well as individually as needed.
• Other ad hoc duties as required.

What do you bring to this role?

• Prior customer service or sales experience in door hardware or electronic security systems is preferred
• Excellent prioritization and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task efficiently
• Work well with pressure and be able to retain new information quickly
• Professional phone manner and customer service skills
• Able to communicate effectively both verbally and written in English
• Possess adequate computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and e-mail
• Ability to learn new Point of sale and other computer programs
