Job Summary



The Inside Sales Associate supports the sales team with customer service and technical product support while assisting with warehouse operations. This role involves handling customer inquiries, providing product knowledge, processing and shipping orders, receiving stock, attending sales events, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities



Work with the sales team to monitor and answer sales-related emails and phone calls, fulfill customer requests for pricing and stock checks, and provide customers with product support including features and benefits of CSC LED products. Take customer phone calls and assist them as needed, and coordinate with the warehouse/order desk to provide shipping information. Answer customer questions relating to the use and setup of LED lighting products, explain proper setup and use of products, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and assist with motion sensor setup and programming. Represent the company at customer sales events by working with local sales agents, setting up products and displays, driving the showroom van to site if required, presenting product features, and answering customer questions. Process outbound purchase orders in the ERP system with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring all product codes and quantities are correct, carriers are properly arranged, special shipping instructions are followed, and the ERP system is updated. Communicate professionally with customers, drivers, and team members throughout order fulfillment. Receive incoming shipments and returns by following company policies and procedures, inspecting for accuracy, noting damages or discrepancies, and communicating effectively with carriers, customers, and staff. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization, operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scissor lifts safely, wear appropriate safety gear, and ensure safe day-to-day warehouse practices. Assist with other duties as required, including supporting the Warehouse Lead on projects such as fire inspection updates and transfers, attending meetings with the sales team, assisting with van maintenance and storage, overseeing product modifications and recycling, and occasionally receiving container shipments after hours.

Qualifications



Education

High School Diploma required; post-secondary education preferred

Experience



3+ years sales or customer service experience 1 year warehouse experience Forklift experience (license preferred)

Required Skills



Proficient with Google Suite and ERP systems Strong customer service and communication skills (phone, email, and in person) Ability to explain product features, provide technical support, and present at sales events Experience with accurate order processing, shipping/receiving, and safe warehouse practices Detail-oriented, organized, able to multi-task, and work independently or in a team Positive, proactive attitude with the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
