Job Description

We are currently looking for a dynamic Inside Sales and Support Representative - QC for our Montreal office. Reporting to the Director of Sales, East Region, the incumbent\'s role is to bring support to the Sales team and build long-term meaningful relationships with clients, partners, and co-workers.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Develop new sales opportunities and manage and grow a portfolio of small to medium sized accounts.
• Make and receive daily sales calls by telephone and email. Responsible for rating requests by phone and email.
• Coordinate sales leads, follow-ups and closings to rate requests.
• Assist sales team members with rate request submissions and follow-ups.
• Participate in weekly sales calls and submit weekly sales reports.
• Provide secondary support as required to the sales team.
• Play an active role in coordinating responses to RFP and bid opportunities.
• Work closely with Outside Sales Team and Rating Team to quote competitive rates.
• Liaise with other departments concerning client requirements to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Provide Sales support to the Quebec sales team.
• Perform additional duties, as required.

Qualifications

• University degree in related field or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Experience with inside sales.
• Previous experience in transportation industry.
• Technologically savvy, experience in AS400 and Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel Spreadsheets.
• Bilingual (French and English).
