Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in-person, over the phone, and via email.
Provide product recommendations and process sales transactions.
Answer inquiries about rentals, sales, and service options.
Manage customer accounts, including order processing and payment handling.
Maintain accurate records of inventory and transactions.
Coordinate with the service and yard teams to ensure efficient operations.
Assist in merchandising and keeping the showroom organized and presentable.
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling service appointments and maintaining customer files.
Assist with marketing efforts, including promotional displays and social media updates.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or front desk operations is preferred.
Knowledge of construction equipment, trailers, ATVs, boats, or related products is an asset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
