The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in technology or technical sales, and have the ability to analyze client needs effectively.
Duties
Engage with prospective clients through various channels, including phone calls and emails
Manage and nurture existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while maintaining a focus on long-term relationships.
Provide product demonstrations and technical support as needed to assist clients in making informed decisions.
Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our products.
Requirements
Proven experience in account management or inside sales
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being able to work independently.
