We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive revenue and profitability for our strategic accounts. You will own daily interactions with identified accounts, develop and execute client-specific business plans, and ensure a positive customer experience. You will handle complex customer issues with minimal supervision and leverage support from TD SYNNEX leadership and departments.
What You\'ll Do:
Travel up to 25% for customer events and strategic meetings.
Manage the P&L for your territory, making decisions that benefit overall profitability.
Build strong relationships at all levels within assigned accounts, including executive relationships.
Present TD SYNNEX solutions proactively to customers.
Identify and resolve moderate-level issues and escalate as necessary.
Develop documentation and procedures for sales accounts, delegating repetitive tasks to support teams.
Drive revenue and profitability growth in your territory.
Expand strategic accounts and projects within your business segment or region.
Generate opportunities through outbound calls to current and potential customers.
Present TD SYNNEX\'s offerings to assigned and new customer targets.
Collaborate with field sales to respond to RFPs, provide proposals, and deliver customer presentations.
Manage moderate-level projects, particularly in onboarding new customers.
What We\'re Looking For:
A High School diploma is required. A Bachelor\'s degree and 2+ years of relevant work experience are preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven ability in providing exceptional service to meet customer needs.
Demonstrates a good understanding of the sales process of closing deals, upselling, and cross-sell products.
Problem-solving skills for moderate scope issues.
Ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures.
Skilled negotiator, able to promote and sell ideas persuasively.
Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.
Strong leadership and innovative thinking.
Organizational and time management skills.

Working Conditions:
May be based at a reseller/customer location.
On-call availability as needed.
Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime.
Professional, office environment.
Frequent local travel required (25%).
