Let's keep it simple. You're a licensed mental health professional, and you're
good
. Like, "my clients actually get better" good. You've got the skills, the instincts, and the heart. You're in it for the work--the real, messy, beautiful, transformation stuff. You love helping people get unstuck and back into their lives.
You've been around the block. Maybe you've seen the inside of a few public agencies or non-profits and hit crispy-fried burnout. You've done your recovery work. Now you're looking for something better--something sustainable. You're ready to be part of a team that values your growth and your wellness.
You:
Are registered to practice psychotherapy autonomously in Ontario.
Have solid clinical chops--especially with anxiety, depression, and trauma.
Are naturally warm, engaging, and emotionally regulated.
Have healthy boundaries, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
Want to keep learning, and know you don't have it all figured out (yet).
Are coachable, tech-savvy, and just generally get stuff done.
Take personal responsibility for your well-being (i.e. you do the work on yourself*, too).
You're not into drama. You want a good gig with good people. You want ease where there can be ease--like no marketing, no hustling for office space or referrals. You want to do your job well, leave proud, and log off without dread.
Bonus: You totally get that trauma is everywhere and are either already skilled in trauma-treatment or are ready to level up in that area. You know that trauma-informed is not as optimal as trauma-ready.
WHO WE ARE:
We're
Limestone Clinic
. We're a passionate, growing group of clinicians who specialize in anxiety, depression, and trauma. We're based in beautiful Kingston, Ontario--land of waterfront patios, forest hikes, and a surprisingly banging food scene for a small city.
We believe in good therapy. We believe in charging what we're worth. We believe therapists should be happy, financially secure, and supported in doing their best work.
What we offer:
A lively, collaborative work family (no lone wolves here).
A professionally designed, furnished office space.
Reliable admin support to introduce you to your dream clients.
A robust client referral stream (hello full caseload!).
Monthly group supervision with a kind, wise, enthusiastic PhD-level psychologist, if you wanna.
Optional, affordable office rentals for your own private practice side hustle, if you wanna.
Flexibility: work the hours you want within your chosen time blocks.
THE DEAL:
You provide kickass psychotherapy to motivated clients, contribute to our team culture, and keep up with documentation and communication.
We handle the rest.
Your earning potential is directly tied to the number of sessions you want to do. More sessions = more income. That's it.
Oh--and our in-person clinicians consistently fill faster and retain longer. So yes, we're especially excited about folks who want to come into the office, particularly for evening shifts. For now we have all the virtual clinicians that we need.
