Position Summary





In this administrative position you will steward account activity on assigned clients and help take execution and efficiency to the next level. This opportunity will provide a platform to partner with the world's leading consumer brands.


Key Responsibilities




Serve as the primary contact for strategy, production, finance, and operations teams, overseeing administrative needs across various campaigns. Develop and manage Asana boards to improve project workflows and team collaboration. Champion the adoption and effective use of Asana, integrating it into daily operations and staying updated on its features. Promote efficient use of tools and establish standardized processes for improved team productivity. Ensure consistency in campaign execution, launches, and related administrative tasks. Contribute to the refinement of internal processes for optimal execution. Support agencies operational processes and ensure high-level quality control. Coordinate task assignment within the team, fostering a collaborative environment.

Desired Skills & Experience




Must have strong organizational skills, be autonomous, and have great attention to detail. Digital media experience preferred. Strong proficiency in project management tools, especially Asana. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Analytical skills with a focus on operational excellence. Problem-solving abilities with clear communication skills. Team player with effective communication skills in both writing and speaking.
